Led business development activities for the successful acquisition of the ESA/ESOC GOFX (Ground Segment Engineering, Mission Operations and Engineering Support Services to Space Traffic) framework contract, focused on the IT and System Application Engineering Services domain. The programme succeeds the GOF9 framework and supports ESA operational activities from January 2027 onward. Directed strategic positioning, customer engagement, consortium coordination, capture management, and proposal development for a multi-domain space operations and ground segment engineering programme supporting institutional and third-party missions.
